Terms & Safety Rules

OutThere Bingo is for light, respectful entertainment during outings, events, and travel. By using the app, you agree to play safely and responsibly.

Respectful play

• Do not use the app to harass, shame, stalk, bully, identify, or target anyone.
• Do not trespass, break venue rules, interrupt workers, or create unsafe situations to complete a square.
• Do not take or share photos where privacy is expected or where doing so would be inappropriate.
• Hosts and organizers are responsible for choosing appropriate packs for their group and setting boundaries.

Photos in group games

• Only submit room proof photos of people who know about and are okay with the game. Never photograph strangers, children, badges, screens, license plates, or private information.
• Photos submitted to a room are visible to the other players in that private room while it is active.
• Any player can report a photo in the app; reported photos are hidden for everyone immediately. Hosts can remove any photo in their room. Reported content is reviewed and repeat misuse may result in losing access to photo features or rooms.
• Room data, including proof photos, is automatically deleted after the room expires (see the Privacy Policy for retention timelines).

Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use OutThere Bingo. Some packs are marked for adults (21+); hosts are responsible for choosing appropriate packs for their group.

No gambling

OutThere Bingo is not a casino, betting, lottery, sweepstakes, or real-money gambling product. Do not use it for unlawful wagering or prize schemes.

Content and packs

Packs are designed around observable public/event moments and group activities. User behavior remains the responsibility of the player or organizer.

Availability

The service may change, pause, or stop features over time. We work to keep the app useful, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
