Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 19, 2026
OutThere Bingo is a real-world bingo app for private games, outings, events, and travel. This policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and the choices available to players.
Information the app may collect
- Gameplay information: selected packs, bingo cards, marked squares, game progress, room codes, player nicknames, host/player status, and recap information needed to run the game.
- Optional photos: if you choose to attach or capture photos for memories or room proof, the app may request camera or photo-library access. Photos are optional and should not be used to harass, identify, or shame strangers.
- Device and diagnostics information: crash reports, performance data, app version, device type, operating system, and technical logs may be processed to keep the app reliable.
- Product analytics: limited in-app events, such as pack viewed, game started, bingo achieved, or recap shared, may be used to understand feature quality. These events are intended to avoid sensitive personal content.
- Purchase information: if paid packs, subscriptions, or other purchases are enabled, the app stores and app-payment providers may process purchase status, product identifiers, and entitlement information.
- Support messages: if you contact support, we receive the contact information and details you choose to include.
- Website logs: hosting providers may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and request time to operate and secure the website.
How information is used
- To provide core gameplay: packs, cards, private rooms, marked squares, proof photos, and recaps.
- To operate, debug, secure, and improve the app and website.
- To respond to support requests.
- To manage purchases and restore entitlements if paid features are enabled.
- To comply with app-store, legal, safety, and anti-abuse requirements.
Sharing and third-party services
OutThere Bingo may use service providers for hosting, app distribution, crash reporting, analytics, payments, database services, and support. These providers process information only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.

Children and groups
OutThere Bingo is intended for general audiences. If a parent, guardian, school, team, business, or event organizer uses the app with minors, they are responsible for choosing appropriate packs and supervising use.
